Base44’s REST APIs let you do from your own code what you’d otherwise do in the Base44 online app editor and your workspace settings. Each API has its own base URL, its own API reference, and its own rate limits. The Apps API acts on one app and the Superagents API acts on one Superagent. The Workspace, Monitoring, and Audit Logs APIs act on a whole workspace.
  • Apps API: Build, deploy, and manage one app, along with its data, workflows, domains, and marketing.
  • Superagents API: Talk to a Superagent from your own code or product, and manage what it remembers about you.
  • Workspace API: Invite people to your workspace and organize them into groups.
  • Monitoring API: Read activity and consumption across a workspace.
  • Audit Logs API: Pull workspace audit events into your own tooling.

Use the CLI

The Base44 CLI can find and call any Apps API or Workspace API operation for you. It uses the account you’re logged in to the CLI with, and it fills in the app ID from --app-id or your linked project. For example, find the operation that lists workflow runs, then call it for the failed ones:
The CLI’s api commands are:
  • api search: Search API operations by keyword.
  • api catalog: Browse operations by area.
  • api grep: Search the API spec with a regular expression.
  • api fetch: Call an operation and return the response.
